Depending on the information the SEC receives, it can choose to lift the suspension of the company’s shares so that it could trade again next Monday.
I dont think its a matter of choice. They have to let it trade by monday, albeit on the greys. If they want to suspend this one after that, I believe they need a different reason to do so.
