no one goes in and EXPECTS a company to fail. IMO SPNG could have easily addressed the articles in the post and cleared up any misconceptions or falsehoods for its investors, but didn't.
SPNG management KNEW that many wanted to KNOW the o/s of the company they were heavily invested in and that is their right. Why would the company keep that information from them by not addressing that concern or gagging the TA?
There has been NUMEROUS posts and articles asking WHO ARE THESE THREE COMPANIES that are supplying SPNG's greatest amount of revenue??? ALL SIMPLE questions that management could have addressed at ANY TIME, but refused.
You shouldn't have to WAIT for a 10K or Q to get the questions answered.
