You might want to do a little more research
on that Inca Blog and this Otto character.
I'm not even a shareholder in ECU and this guy
seems pretty shady. You might not like some
of the financing deals they've had to do but
then again they have at least 431M oz of silver
in the ground and a couple million oz of gold
with production cranking up again. I'm still
looking at this one.
