I just tried submitting on the Investor Relations Page with no problem.. so I'm not sure! It all appears to be working!

I know I have seen this type of page on other sites and sometimes they can be a little touchy!

I would try again you do need to fill in most of the information and their may be a verification filter check for both format and content, not sure but I would give another try! I had no trouble once I filled in the information appropriately, I did for the sake of testing try to just fill in just the first two lines and it came back and said it needed more information but once doing that no problem.
