The only thing the economy may have done in my mind is left these people with less people with extra money to fall into their trap again.

Back when they (NUBV)started the economy was great so there were more people had extra money sitting around from other profits on stocks. So in turn these investors had money to throw away on long shots without doing a ton of DD.

People don't have as much money now, so these investors are doing more DD and looking at histories of companies.

When they (NUBV) started making false promises last year they lost the cash flow from investors that did not have much money and were doing more DD. In turn they diluted as much as they could until there was no bid, and then tried to start over by doing the 50,000 to 1 R/S.
