What matters now is getting the vote and then the money. If they get the money the deal is for real.

You could get tons of e-mails confirming things like the 19 hectars and it would not matter. What matters is the financing .........that is all.

Lots of these kind of deals you will not be able to confirm them. It depends on who is doing the negotiations.Even if you happen to contact the right people they will not confirm it to some unknown person in an e-mail...........are you kidding.IMO.
