Isn't that what the SEC is for - to protect investors against criminals, convicted felons and scam artists ? all they have to do is their job and they will soon be onto these guys..doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what they are up to and they continue to do it. all it takes is a few google hits and you will see what dirty history is behind this lot !
If we had lost money on a company that was legit, I am sure we could all accept that - but this is a different story...
