waikikian, you should be more conservative. Use the spot price instead of the pump price and 1 shift during weekdays, about 250 working days/year on average. That should reflect more closely the initial stages. I've seen plastic numbers from a small city in northern scotland where BP built a plastic recycling facility that was sized for 5k tons/year. They soon found that small city was producing 25k tons. So although your 24x7 numbers are possible and viable (wonder how many tons new york city trashes every day), no one should expect JBI to start at full speed, it never works like that.
