The Company Mission

ANAV Holdings will purchase real estate from failed institutions. We then plan to repair the properties and rent them out or resell them. ANAV will turn ROE distressed properties into successful rentals and quality assets. The properties will be managed and maintained and sold based upon market condition. ANAV does all the work to insure the investment maintains a positive cash flow while the investors in ANAV reap the benefits from the current real estate market without the hassle of actual ownership.
