To all posters:
I do not understand why dissenting opinions on this board are greeted so harshly and without informing rebuttal.
Know this: everyone on this board has an agenda. If you are long, you would like to make money. If you are interested in making money, you want valuable information to help you make a decision. If you are short, you want to make money. You could be a resident, and want a project to go a certain way, or you could be an employee of a company that is affected by a permit outcome.
Regardless, everyone has an agenda.
There is no difference in unsubstantiated info a “Basher” may post, and a long posting “we hit .10 by the end of the year”, or “just buy this, stay long and cash out at multiple dollars”. Please understand that.
What this forum gives us is a place for educated debate and information. If you have a question, ask it. If you have an answer to that question, respond. If someone posts something incorrect, reply with dissenting facts. If you have an opinion, state it as opinion, not fact.
I enjoy reading this forum, for all the longs, shorts, “bashers” and idiots here.
Try not to discount someone’s post just because they are on the other side. Discount them with valid information.
