This was not a shell. An earlier email stated that they sold off all of their assets to another company. Thats when they became a clean shell. Probably getting it ready for this reverse merger. Hope you are all right in your thoughts about tomorrow morning. I own stock for a very long time. Cannot believe this merger. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
