chris, I believe there are friends of SEO who could maker that buy with pocket change. I think the sec requires disclosure if you buy 5% of outstanding shares, that would be 36,500,000 shares. If news is leaking out in Nigeria/Sao Torme we could have some very big players deciding to jump on SEOs bandwagon
