Go back and look at every 10Q that SpongeTech has filed.
The name of their auditor is shown on every filing, audited or non-audited. D&T's name will be on the FY2010 1Q, 2Q, 3Q and 10K as per their agreement with the company. The truth will be out soon for all to see in the filings.
