I will you my understanding of current state of the company based on available information and some basic understanding.

The company most recent Press Release had the the following to say: "SUN Sports & Entertainment to Restructure for Expansion
Company Plans to Diversify Into Casino Management and Take MMA and Sports Promotion Activities to U.K., Western to Eastern Europe, Russia, China, South Korea and Other Australasian Markets.

Last month, in rebuilding the company's Board and management team, Mr. Gentry, who was President and Chairman, together with Mr. Coe, Chief Operating Officer and Director of SUN, announced they would be stepping aside in favor of the new Board and management team which is being assembled by Mr. Scambler, SUN's remaining Director and officer. Mr. Scambler reported that the new Board will be bringing more international experience to the management team. "We are now at the beginning of the end of the restructuring," said Mr. Scambler. "This plan is ambitious, I must admit, but achievable provided we have the support of our shareholders and lenders, and the required working capital financing."

On other notes, I have checked the Web Site(s) both appear to be working just fine both the Sun Sports and Entertainment Site and the Art of War Live Site(s).

They seem to have begun minor changes to the web sites, which I think is good either way.

The company had held the first ever event of New Series from Sun Sports called "Mano A Mano" in July 2009. The event as I understand it was reasonably successful and there was lots of good press to that effect. It described as a highly professional done event of UFC Quality in production. It had a very good fight card as a first Event and had some great sponsors in Harley Davidson, Hooters and The US Marines.

From what I understand the Oct Event is no longer taking place, from what I can understand it may have due to things not happening fast enough from the current management team and hence why there is now plan to rebuild the board and company management with a new Management Team and expand more quickly into International Markets with current products and expand product lines into other related entertainment and products product lines aimed at growth and stability going forward.

Last we heard they were at the beginning of end of the Management Rebuild and it sounded like a parallel process of actively working on the aggressive expansion Plan for additional growth and stability.

We are hoping to hear something very soon to the point of being any day. I think some good things may be underway with a good future for the company if we can hang tight.

It has in the past been a notable force and reputable player in the MMA Market holding a number highly successful Events with a who's who of MMA.

Just my take on it and understanding with the available information.
