so, you think the sec is simply "speculating" about any wrongdoing with regard to spnge? this is a pinksheet stock with a caveat emptor categorization on pinksheets.com. the company raised hundreds of millions of dollars through this company and never bothered to ungag their ta even once. it is simply unbelievable that soooooo many people who have money caught in this mess continue to buy this with the caveat emptor sign, well past a few pennies, breaking major trading rules in the pink world, and drinking massive amounts of koolaid the entire time. i do not believe the sec would be involved here if they did not already have sufficient proof of some wrongdoing. and, i do not believe that d&t are going to touch this now. based on the filings, they were not supposed to be involved until the first of next year. so, i do not know who is going to audit their numbers fr them, or who has done it, but i would think that "audited" numbers will be the only way they will have a prayer here. but, companies on the naz who have cooked their books with audited numbers to support their filings, have still gone up in flames...may i remind you of ENRON.
