Just some thoughts, alot of shares were sold between .004 and .005 when ITCV was "picked" by stockprowler....they've also been touted by tradersnation and hotstockchat.

Good luck with it though....here's one to look at, a former borderline sub, ncti. Its a typical OTC stock imo but the trading today looks kind of funky if you ask me.
