As always Dennis was again forth coming with information pertaining to the future of Biocentric. The first question that has been on my mind that for awile was the new share structure that would be in place after the merger takes place. 1 share of Biocentric Solutions for 10 shares owned of Biocentric Energy. This is an exchange of shares, but an addition as in dividends to share holders, so if you own 100,000 shares of BEHL you will have an additional another 10,000 shares of Biocentric Solutions. In other words it's doubling up on your share count because the merging company is more than likely valued 10 times BEHL's Value.
Many people are under the impression that BEHL shares will be useless once the agreement is in place. That is not the case. Biocentric Solutions is acquiring the IP rights to BEHL. BEHL still will being doing business as usual. They will continue accumulating more contracts and servicing existing ones.
