Since the company is still waiting for the PENDING agreement with an "unspecified" bank, and visa how do you expect to get a card? Who would issue it? Who would complete transactions? If you look at the pink sheet website, the company is in the "developement" stage. Give them time to secure the agreements with visa (or mastercard)and a bank, THEN look for a card. Do not put the cart before the horse.
