So long as the company/CEO does not come out with any news that is picked up by the Market traders, e.g. Schwab, etc. forget about any stock appreciation. The CEO needs to act like one and get out of the closet. I guess the stockholders can ask for his resignation or firing for non-performance. He has some responsibilities.
