Do you think Smithline is happy with their choice to allow Biocurex the time required to raise the money (which was a huge success unlike your prediction of bankruptcy, loss of all the assets and IP)?
Do you agree that Biocurex shareholders have been wronged and that the share price has been manipulated for quite some time? How is this different from stealing? Why is naked shorting illegal? There are laws for reasons. There always people that have no morals or ethics that feel they are smarter than everyone or feel a sense of entitlement. The story always ends the same way. Greed will set the trap and justice will be served. If it is Smithline naked shorting they should pay fines and penalties and dismiss the remainder of the loan or I would press criminal charges. Dr Moro did not spend most of his life to discover a medical miracle only to have its intrinsic value diminshed because of greed by a few small minded loan sharks.
Money makes people do evil things. I think those individuals are mistakingly thinking that this charade can go on without being exposed. They have done great harm to shareholders and to the company. Many have misjudged Dr Moro's resolve and his ability to remain focused.
Inverness has made quite a comeback with investors and it appears that they are in the sweet spot of medical diagnostics with all of their POC tests. You don't think that a POC test for cancer would be a huge success? They can't be disappointed with the results presented at the ISOBM. They are also involved in veterinary medicine.
Why do you think Inverness no longer wants recaf? What has changed other than the fact that we know it can detect early cancer and that when used in conjuction with other markers that are specific to a particular cancer it boosts specifity to 90% and also removes the worry of obtaining a false positive. I would say quite the contrary and Inverness is licking their chops right now. They have a gift of rolling the dice on new technologies and it has paid off for them BIG TIME! We will be another succesful product added to their PIMA analyzer, and POC is the holy grail in diagnostics and they are the leader.
I'm expecting mor collaborations as a result of the ISOBM and a new licensee. IMO, it will be Abaxis. They seem to the most logical. IMO, we will see Dr Moro's lab begin testing in house until it becomes logistically impossible to process all the tests in our lab.
There is alot happening. It all seems to be very positive. The only tragedy that MUST be resolved is to end the stock manipulation. There are so many examples of biotech companies that have no products, no revenue, and are priced at 20-30 dollars on a wing and a prayer. It makes no sense why we are priced at this level when we were 4 dollars and only had a radioisotope test. Crazy!
