I do agree that someone is shorting Biocurex. Mata has been trying to express this. It seems to fall on deaf ears.

I will now show you why Smithline is not shorting. Please see item # 5 in the link below to verify.

5. Short Selling. The Funds agree that they will not “sell short” any Common Stock prior to the earlier of (i) the consummation of the Public Offering or (ii) February 19, 2010.
