IHUB and ADVFN, however, are guilty of not adequately supervising Matt as he used IHUB to manipulate penny stocks.

That's simply it.

Matt has been accused of manipulating penny stocks, but he has not been accused of using Ihub to further the penny sock scams.

If you have evidence to the contrary, please present it.
