I FIRMLY AGREE WITH RICHARD....
In an economy where a state (CALIFORNIA) that has the economy the size of most large nations has to resort to issuing 'IOU's to their own employees and other contractors, the issue of being paid in full and on time is not one that solely falls to CPRK or any other small company...
