Thanks two good posts from Gold and from Gaboy. Both provided good information.
Smithline was by far the worst thing that ever happened to this company. Most companies have issues with their technology. They overpromise and underdeliver. Here we have the exact opposite. We have a technology that far exceeds expectations and Dr Moro's hunch to apply new techniques and various applications for the technology that have reaffirmed that this is a technology that will generate multiple revenue streams.
Smithline appears to have some power over the company, but that power is slowly diminishing and should become a valuable lesson to the Dr Moro and the new board that you must not count your chickens beore they hatch. The good news is that Dr Moro has dug himself and the company out of a hole and the resignation of Dr Wittenberg (that negotiated the Smithline deal) is slowly erasing the past mistakes and we are moving forward. The dilution is a part of the game. We can always do a reverse split once we are comfortable with the future of the company. That would rectify the amount of shares outstanding.
