Once you're in the gravy train runs. The downside is bureaucracy.I think most will agree the positives far out weigh the downside and this wait will come to an end. And when it does that beach party will be on.
Dan said they have learned a lot about the bureaucratic process this first time around. Now they have a much better understanding of time frames to complete the deals.
Back in July he was obviously told something that made him feel confident this first contract would be announced July or August.
It's now October and from what I hear the paper shuffling is looking to be near a close. In the meantime while that has been in the works Bob has commenced deals with several other agencies and or governments.
In an email BoB stated he has a world wide campaign that is taking off with the "dazer lazer"
If anyone doubts that they should sell and get the h... outa here.
