GMT Time Zone Adjustment Web Site

I thought this might help if anyone has any questions on how their time zones reference GMT.

What I'm finding is that we need to keep our trading platform set at GMT + 0. That seems to work best for the pivot values.

Then, just add or subtract based on your time zone to find the right candle on the hourly chart.

For example, I live in Mississippi which is Central Standard. So, based on that, I would subtract 6 hours from GMT. So, GMT midnight is 6 PM for me on the chart.

Hope this helps.
