Gaboy, from the press release, it would be obvious that someone is shorting the stock. That is NOT trading from one account to another. BTW, if you examine the practicallity of that maneuver, it would be very difficult that would probably need the assistance of a market maker.

As I mentioned in a previous post, one of the funds will no doubt convert some shares to cover the short position. Smithline probably did not short more than about $25,000 worth of stock today but he has been doing it for several days that would add up to a fairly large position. When you see the real S-1 posted or wait until November 15th for the 10Q, you will no doubt read that one of the funds has converted more notes.

If the shorting stops at 14 cents, you will know it is Smithline. I do not think he will short below his cost of conversion but you never know.
