Side note on APWR (the symbol). APWR used to be the symbol for 'Astropower,' a solar energy outfit created by a few University of Delaware professors, out of Newark, De. (my hometown). They went belly-up under an accounting fraud investigation (revealed by two sets of books) back in 2002 or so. At one point, they were pitching solar grids for entire cities and communities. My facts might be off a little--it's been a while--but it was a fascinating, if unfortunate, story. I believe GE ended up buying the assets. FWIW
