The most encouraging aspect of the plastic2oil business, IMO, is that the gross profit margins should be extremely high. The focus with that as they scale up at least will be on how much bottom line profit they make rather than top line revenue. If they have negative input cost from scrap plastic the profit percentage is rather obscene. :)
