Do you really believe that any company can launch a debit card without an FDIC regulated bank?? A bank without a BIN or IIN?

Let me ask you...Would you take your money and place it onto a card that has no banking network affiliation? Who would you transfer money from? A bank that is not going to protect you in the event of fraud? Seriously? And you're going to call out someone for THEIR lack of DD?!? Really? If so, give me your money and I'll gladly hold onto it. I'll keep it safe. I'll disburse funds as you need....maybe. Maybe not. ;)
