Cool..thanks.....looks like they are in place to raise some money...now whether they have begun selling into the market is highly doubtful since the PPS is stagnant at this time.

More reason this PPS will run again so they can sell into the run(s) considering their projected PPS of .25

They won't begin dumping IMO until it gets close to their targets. This is an opinion only, but by looking at the indies here, this has breached into being oversold at this time. When there is a definite closing on their deals, which is evident due to their recent PR's, it will begin.
