criminal to buy shares as that suggests, would all brokerage houses have to warn shareholders first who want to buy?... it would seem so or they would be liable for allowing it wouldn't they?....
I don't think E*Trade posts any such warning...maybe it is a pink warning in general, but is serious sounding...
maybe management should be on that one too....
