The old Greeks new what was right. Dandelion is THE BEST anti-viral. The old Greeks used dandelions in their stu & broths when someone was ill.

In modern times, the Europeans live off of refined sugar & grains imported from USA since Pillsbury perfected their mills way back. So-called traditional mediterranean diet is what most people lived on before westernized fast food development.
Everything was 'organic' before pesticides. Lost knowledge. Lost interest. Apathy is the number one killer of all.
