This is a totally wild guess...here goes...It could have been that ARGO provided some seed money to NEOM, in the past, and was provided some shares as part of transaction. ARGO needed some cash and sold. That still doesn't explain the low price though. As mentioned before, that was definitely an AON transaction and had to have been prearranged...so that makes it even more confusing. Is ARGO gonna get compensated in some other way for dumping shares for such a low price???? hmmmm
