mudd43, they are using a form of a 'poison pill' strategy that was popular in the GoGo hostile takeover days. It discourages any enity from buying a majority of the stock. Actually, I am glad to see that PR as it may mean that these companys are already getting feelers from bigger players interested in the Canadian mineral arena.
