i don't know how it would work ??? don't know if they have to halt trade for a day, to allow the exchange ???
maybe the shorts have been covering ??? been enough volume the last month or so.
another theory is, this company is so small, and insignifcant so far. not on the radar screen. or maybe they don't believe it will happen, since history says ipwg never follows thru.

we should know in less than a week how this plays out. very hard to have patience, when we're so close. THE meeting should be very enlightening, to say the least.
