Rocket, Is this a short term trade idea or a long term investment? I looked at ACLS, while the stock has tanked since Oct 2008, before that it was consistently above $4 and trading healthy about $4-$8. I thought there was a good upside to it. But then I read the S&P report and a 12 mo target price of $0.50, and NASDAQ delisting notice. S&P forecasts weakness for te company's product in the short term but good growth in the long term. However, they also say that the company is likely to lose market share here and now.

What do you think?
