NEW YORK, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- It has come to the attention of Integrated Bio Energy Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IBIE) that a company known as NT Development Company, Inc, has distributed unauthorized and unapproved press releases, originating from Panama, and referencing our company.
To the best of my knowledge and recollection, there has been no conversation or written communication with myself, any officer of the company or any member of our Board of Directors.
In no uncertain terms:
We are NOT negotiating with this entity at this time NOR have we done so in the past.
