I cant see the company issuing worthless electronic receipts with the SEC looking over their shoulder. The whole purpose of the TA is to allow for an independent party to handle the dispersal.

Without Investors like you, these poor penny stock CEO's would go hungry! Please, keep paying their bills.

Whose cruel idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have "S" in it?
