Ok, I purused the 8-k a little more throughly. Sure there are a lot of negatives stated in it. But show me a sub penny that isnt in some sort of trouble. If you read it carefully, we are further along then he stated in the 8-k, on some aspects. What I liked about it, HE SEEMED TO BE HONEST. He didnt sugar coat any of it. Very direct and to the point. Kind of refreshing to see a sub-penny that just says "hey, we have our troubles within the company" Instead of them just painting the peachy keen, everything is fine, then providing numbers that look as bad if not worse than UNDT. Sure there are a lot of "IFs". The detection kits now have 2 more distributors, and the backing of the USDOC. If we start getting orders, I don't know if you have seen the price tag on these detection kits or not. At $600-$700 a pop, it doesn't take a huge amount of them to make the numbers that they need to stay afloat.
Yes it looks bleek from the 8-k, no doubt. But it is almost a year old, and they have stayed a float this long, by diluting the hell of of the common shares. To which I have to say, as long as it keeps the doors open and is for the greater good of the company,so be it. I understand it.
I am a Momentum player, and should have been out 2 days ago. Something has made me stay in this. I don't think the run up as really even started yet. We should get a PR barrage soon, with numbers. I'm thinking we get numbers out of S Korea first, then Isreal, with Germany rounding it out.
I'm not saying this company is in good shape, But it is better then it was at the release date of the 8-k. And yes it is because of massive dilution.
I'm off for a long weekend. I'm in till atleast Monday.
