Anyone with Etrade can call and they will give you free L2 for 3 months as long as you've never done it before. Just call and inquire and ask if you can test drive it, they'll say OK. It goes by quarters and now is the perfect time. Example, if you called on the 26 of September you would only have a few days, they are that anal.
