They will keep doing regular black & white press releases as well. I was just told that they want to help people feel comfortable with the company via their website, facebook, etc. by providing some video and additional text.

I tend to agree with them. Press releases are great, but real interest comes from people being able to read about the company and see what's going on with it versus just reading an announcement once every week or so
