all of this is discussed extensively on this board. There is also a negotiation going on with a WARE MA plant and an analysis of the land on the former Polaroid New Bedford site for a biomass plant. And I for one am NOT ignoring the European mention because Homeland Renewable Energy has already built 3 plants in England....
