To be a true manufacturing business you need to build, and sell a product. I didn't see any evidence in 6 months that Monfort and his buddies ever built anything? did anyone even see so much as a prototype? On top of that, just how many of those expensive driveshafts was he planning on selling per year? If the GTLA management had posted a business plan for shareholders to see that included some estimates maybe we could have seen what they were trying to put together - my guess is they didn't even have a business plan. I stick to what I've been saying - we're very lucky to have a new management team coming in, and lucky the old group is out. The faster this deal is closed, and the shop is cleaned up the better - anymore days like this, and we're not going to have much left by the time the new team takes over.
