Its all speculation until the CEO shares with the stock holders what plan of action is taken. Then and only then can it be dissected or logically discussed. For all you know any or all of those thing may have been done.

So far all involved in this venture has increased their income by selling or staying with the company.Im confident that the shares are a safe investment and will pay off in the long run.

Ill wait until the process is complete. I cant see the company issuing worthless electronic receipts with the SEC looking over their shoulder. The whole purpose of the TA is to allow for an independent party to handle the dispersal.
