Gonna be in 2010. Doesn't make sense to file a Form 10 now with fiscal year 2009 ending. They would have to turn right around and file a 10K for 2009. That is basically two annual reports back to back.

Talking to the CEO, they are going to do 2008-2009 audits together and file the Form 10 around March 2010. That will save them money and they won't have to worry about another audit until 2010 annual is due.
