I would want to read the bill in its entirety that was proposed by Franken first, and if I thought it was fair for the victim (victims) and would be applied to all Government Contractors and not just a select few then I would vote for his bill. Anyone who would violate a woman like that poor girl was deserves to be put under a prison and the employers who were responsible for her safety should be held accountable because if background checks were done on these men (perverts) then they probably have some sort of this type behavior in their past.. JMO!

Now having said that Sylvester80, that is why I would want to read the bill and all its wording because of frivilous lawsuits. If an employee comes into work high on some sort of substances and breaks a leg from tripping or looses a limb using power tools then he should be held accountable and not be able to sue the contractor but in the about mentioned case, someone needs their ba##s nailed to the wall..
