They'd have to file financials going back a couple of years. I don't think they have the money to do that or the incentive until they have MSHA approved equipment and some contracts.

If that never happens it would just be a waste of money. Doing so now is pointless as the share price isn't going to go anywhere anyway till they get approvals and contracts.
