Question and Answer (Q&A) from investors etc on this board to CEO of HRNF Mike Pagnano

NOTE: All questions were forwarded to Mr. Pagnano exactly as they were prepared by the person asking, I did not adlib any of the questions you had

Q: What stores currently carry the gum and in what states?

A: None. The two gum products will begin distribution Mid. November.

Q: When can the average investor expect to see a positive ROI for this stock? Many have been invested for several years and only see a negative return on their investment. When will this trend stop?

A: As sales grow with Heathrow Natural the stock will trade on fundamentals. We plan on reducing the float by 90% through the capital of 3M we have lined up.

Q: World Golf League... Why were winners of many events not members? Why haven't the two judgements been paid? Why were disgruntled members not allowed to speak at the AZ event? Why did you post tee times for qualifiers at courses that had no idea what people were talking about when they showed up to play? Why did you say that membership allowed you to play at courses, but the link was for all courses in an area, many that did not accept discount memberships because they were private course?!?!?!

A: The only winners that were not members were at an Invitational Event. The judgments are not valid, since we paid all winners of the 2001 tournament half of the prize money won ($400k) which was required by the FL AG. The balance was notes which we defaulted on as WGL. The AZ event was an Invitational back in 2004. Let a dead horse lie. If a couple of investors are still talking about events from 2001 & 2004 they need to move on.

Q: MDSO... Why was the format changed when people arrived to play... "Winner takes all" as advertized in PR's and the website, to a "Best Ball" Event? Why did you put out PR's when you were told by the state that you could not until everyone was paid from the WGL events? Why did you put out the airing date on PAX in a PR when the deal was not done, and you wound up getting in trouble for not paying them? Why did you not pay the winning team win the show aired on Comcast? Why did you not pay the winning team when the show aired in Great Brittain... national airing! Why did you put out a PR stating that you won "best of show" in France when all you got was an honorable mention? Why did you put out a PR about the show airing on the Golf Channel, when it was not even on their schedule for the dates and times mentioned in the PR? Why did you allow one of your buddies to post on RagingBull about how well the show was accepted at a convention in Las Vegas, and the NBC was going to air the show?... NBC got upset!

A: The format was never changed, it was always winning 4 person team take all. It was a stapleford scramble as always advertised. The state only required us to pay half of the prize money and issue a note for the balance which we did. We were in full compliance. The deal with PAX was done. We signed a contract to air the show which we were to pay $400K +, we gave PAX a $45K deposit and then decided that PAX was not a good venue to air the MDSO. We cancelled the contract with PAX and paid a $65K cancellation fee. We did not get in trouble at all with PAX. They made $115K from WGL for nothing. They no longer exist. The contract with the players from MDSO was simple; they got paid IF THE MDSO AIRED ON A MAJOR U.S.A. NETWORK, CBS, NBC, ABC or FOX, PERIOD. Comcast, International, Golf Channel, etc. does not qualify. The Golf Channel airing was to be a paid for airing put together by a third party. It was agreed to by all in contract and cancelled after the third party could not sell the air time. We do not post any IR boards directly or though third parties. NBC was very interested in the show at one time. It never happened.

Q: Stem Cell?

A: The Stem cell merger was being negotiated by a third party who wanted WGL Entertainment to give up 80% of the company and I as CEO would keep 20% of Stemtronics. This was a terrible deal for the investor and I declined.

Q: Natural Foods... Why did you put out a PR saying that you cancelled the deal? They said that they had done DD and THEY cancelled the .deal... before your PR

A: The Natural Food Merger was put together by Big Apple Consulting and as the Stem deal was a terrible deal for HRNF. We declined.

Q: Heathrow... PR's say products are available... NOT! Corporations listed in PR's say that they do not carry "AMWAY" type products...

A: The Exfuze product is available at www.exfuze.com/heathrow Our Super food products (Gum, Snack Bar & Chips) will be available at Retail outlets

Q: Why do you not have an occupational license for Seminole or Lake Mary?

A: We are a Delaware Corp and are registered there

Q: How long does the conversion take from Preferred back to Common Shares after they receive the preferred certs? Also what are the fees if any other than the 20% they mentioned in one of their pr's.

A: The preferred conversion is taking place as we speak. Those who converted get a 20% discount to today’s market value. There is no fee.

Q: is there any plans to update pinksheets to current filing. what is the to date share structure, and are there any plans on reverse splitting again

A: We will be fully reporting next quarter on Pink Sheets. There are 2.5B shares OS. We will not do an RS of HRNF

Q: what stores, name of, and locations, can any of the products be bought

A: The gum product will be available in Mid November at several retailers. We will let everyone know via the new WEB site.
