If my calculations are correct I predict a $440,000 loss the first quarter after this aquisiton.
If this is an all stock transaction I predict a $ 247,000 loss in the first quarter after the aquisiton at $70 OIl.
This is just a guess not knowing the details of the deal.
Break even at $100 oil keep in mind that oil in KS is cheaper than WTI crude.
